SIMC + Fun

Hmm so if you guys have not heard, today was SIMC opening ceremony, and we needed to set up our posters... personally, I think that they're madder than us about cubes... logo made of cubes, T-shirt full of cubes, banners containing pictures of cubes all over the place, inside and outside the school... Oh, and they rained giant styrofoam cubes on us during the opening ceremony...

Anyway, a few interesting things on our posters... particularly Yongquan's and Yuhan's (same group)...

A few familiar names on our posters...

My group got pretty good results... 2nd or 3rd best result among all participants... and it's 100% generated from systematic computer algorithms...

Yongquan's results didn't sound too good at 1st... Since it was only "satisfactory"... BUT...

WHAT THE HELL!!! YOU CALL THIS "SATISFACTORY" ONLY?!?!?! (Btw this was the best result among all 57 teams)

And to cap it all off...

Really not niao... But I wish I had that line in my poster too... The program took 9+mins to give me a solution that every single algo of mine managed to beat... and the solution time: Instantaneous. *Faint*

And after all the rehearsals, I came back... to play the board games that we bought from our winnings from the hundredaire game with Zhe Wei, Langston and Mui Suan... and don't forget who won the money haha...

So... a 2-player quorridor game can be fun, but a 4-player quorridor game... is a dark world of politics, collusion, biasness, and... madness...

The results of everyone sabotaging one another...

And the outcome: Langston got too confused that he didn't realize...

OOPS...

Anyway, when the sun rises the SIMC participants will be hauled into the battlefield to slog it out with the other teams, wish us luck!
