Baking is FUN!!! :)
only 3 guys out of 25 ppl in this module.. made curry puff, apple and durian strudels, oreo cheese cake. durian strudel is nicer than apple strudel...however, i find the strudels too creamy... oreo cheese cake has more cream than cheese too. 
actually, the oreo cheese cake is not a cake. we put it in the refrigerator, not the oven.. plus we didnt use flour. haha. btw, the teacher was teaching us in chinese.. she said hwa chong students must know chinese. even the recipes are written in traditional chinese characters... thankfully there are english recipes too..
