Happier Matters

To echo many opinions that have been expressed here over the last two days, what is said is said and let's move on from here. The people involved have justified / defended / apologised in response to the volleys hurled, and we should really consider the case closed. It really was blown out of proportion anyway, and perhaps the one takeaway we can get out of this is to watch our words and tone because they often have unforeseen consequences and offend others despite good intentions.

Things to keep in mind for tomorrow:
(i) Hand in your wordbank (since Ms Lim didn't collect today)
(ii) Revise for Chem Mock SPA
(iii) Return your polage materials if you haven't already.
(iv) Hand in a second draft of the PI if you haven't already.

There are probably more, but I can't remember. Also, we will be passing around the forms for the guitar ensemble and choir (:D :D :D) concerts again tomorrow, please indicate your interest! It'll be fun for all of us to go together.

According to the CT session schedule, tomorrow will be International Friendship Day celebrations!

Also, Mrs Loh informs us that one of the future CT sessions will be devoted to NE! Any suggestions on what we can do? One idea would be to screen related movies / videos / etc.

Geeky Joke of the Day:
Q: Why are canoeists so dense?
A: Because they go, "rho, rho, rho your boat, gently down the stream..." :D

Finally, Zhi Hui and Wei Zhong will undoubtedly be devastated to discover that no, Gaussian functions do not have antiderivatives that can be expressed as elementary functions. (Unless - gasp - Wikipedia lies.)
